Tell me again the story
of us in the midnight
corners, how you
called my secret name
among your stars
I have breathed you in:
felt the amalgam water-dust
of my limbs reach for you
and heard the universe
stretch to meet me
what are the galaxies
but the expansion of
your lungs as you sing
a lullaby for your children
and call us into the infinite
