MY LIBERATION LOVE
a golden eagle. Perched on a broken
trunk of a Sal tree. Wakes up.
Raises its head. Its eyes wide. Alert.
Faces the endless blue above and
all round.
Stretches its wide arms. Its feathers
glistening. Streaks of light pouring over
its majestic form, cutting through dense
clouds split each ray into saffron yellow
hues blend with blue.
Takes off. Soars high. Like an air flight on
scheduled time. Flies.
Flies far. Come to me. Takes me. In its
wings. In its flight. Into boundlessness.
Eternity.
Felt.
Not in words or acts. But like luminous
light from street light poles that guide at night.
In its very flight. Freedom.
Free. Freed from the belly of delusions
like a python’s entwine and devour.
Bathes me clean. And with a soft breeze’s
grace, hugs. Enclasps me. "Let me. Know
you.
Embrace me."
