in a culture of lies, let us speak our truth
clearly, loudly, boldly
in this time of unrest, offer words of comfort
humbly, gently, compassionately
in an era of fear, share our courage
with knees knocking and hearts pounding
under the threat of dominance
break free from the shackles and take back our wings
in the blight of misogyny
remind each other of our profound worth
and our divine contribution to Mother Earth
instead of hate, look for common ground
assume the best, while staying true to our best selves
we will rise up from tyrannical power
by reminding one another of our strength
